Wandering Studio is a small, independent consultancy — not a booking platform and not a call centre. When you get in touch, you're talking to the person who does the work.
Our story
Wandering Studio grew out of a simple frustration: planning a trip well takes real time and judgement, and most of what's online is either an advert or an algorithm. After years of planning independent journeys — and being asked by friends to plan theirs — we decided to offer that help properly, as an honest professional service.
Today we advise travellers all over the world, from a first solo city break to months-long overland routes across several countries. The trips differ enormously; the approach doesn't. We listen, we research, and we give you the clearest possible plan to travel your way.
What we believe
We think the best travel advice is independent. We take no commission from airlines, hotels or tour operators, and we don't sell travel products — so there's never a hidden incentive shaping what we tell you. Our only job is to give you advice that's right for you, and then to step back and let you book directly with whoever you choose.
We also believe in being clear and fair: scope and price agreed up front, in writing; sensible cancellation terms; and your privacy respected. You'll find all of that spelled out in our Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The business
Wandering Studio is a trading name of Jiajun Cui, operating as a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. We work with clients remotely, worldwide, and correspond in English.

A note on what we are. Wandering Studio provides independent travel consulting and advisory services only. We do not sell, book or arrange flights, accommodation, tours or holiday packages, and we do not hold client money for travel. We are not a travel agent or tour operator, and are not an ATOL holder or ABTA member. Clients arrange and pay for all travel directly with third-party providers.
We strongly recommend all travellers hold appropriate travel insurance and check the official entry, health and safety requirements for their destinations before booking.
