Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of consulting services by Wandering Studio to you, the client. Please read them carefully. By engaging our services or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Wandering Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Jiajun Cui, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at wanderingstudio@cuijiajun.com.

2. Our services

We provide independent travel consulting and advisory services. Depending on the package you select, this may include consultation calls, written itineraries, destination research and planning guidance, as described on our Services & Pricing page.

Our services are advisory in nature. All recommendations are provided in good faith and based on information reasonably available to us at the time. Travel conditions, prices, availability, opening times, entry rules and other details can change without notice and are outside our control.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell, resell, book or arrange flights, accommodation, ground transport, tours, activities, insurance or holiday packages.
  • We do not act as a travel agent, tour operator or intermediary, and we do not hold, handle or process client money for travel arrangements.
  • We are not an ATOL holder and not a member of ABTA, as these apply to the sale of travel products, which we do not provide.
  • You are responsible for making and paying for all travel bookings directly with the relevant third-party providers, and for reviewing their terms.

4. Engagement and quotations

Before any work begins, we will confirm the scope of your engagement, the deliverable, the timeline and the fee, normally by email. Work commences once you have confirmed your acceptance and, where applicable, paid the agreed fee or deposit.

5. Fees and payment

All fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Fees are for our professional time and advice only and do not include the cost of any travel products. Payment is made via the payment link or invoice we provide. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Invoices are payable by the date stated on them.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements.
  • Independently verify time-sensitive or safety-critical details before booking or travelling — including prices, availability, visa and entry requirements, health requirements, and government travel advice.
  • Obtain appropriate travel insurance and ensure your travel documents are valid.
  • Comply with the laws and regulations of the destinations you visit.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel and receive a refund are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Any itinerary, document or other material we prepare for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We retain copyright in our materials, templates and methods. You may not resell or commercially redistribute our deliverables without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Our services are advisory only, and the decisions to book, pay for and undertake any travel are yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, availability, pricing, quality or safety of any third-party provider (such as airlines, hotels, transport or tour operators);
  • We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, or from your failure to verify information or obtain insurance;
  • Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees you paid us for that engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your engagement is the version that applies to it. The current version is always published on this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
