Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

We want you to feel confident engaging us. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our consulting services, and your rights as a consumer. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Your statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you generally have the right to cancel a contract for services within 14 days of entering into it (the "cooling-off period") under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • If you cancel within the cooling-off period and we have not yet started work, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If you ask us to begin work during the cooling-off period, you may still cancel, but we may charge for the work already carried out in proportion to what has been provided.
  • Once a service has been fully performed within the cooling-off period at your express request, the right to cancel is lost.

To cancel, simply email wanderingstudio@cuijiajun.com — a clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.

2. Consultation sessions

  • You may reschedule or cancel a booked consultation free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, and receive a full refund or a credit.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed appointment without notice, may be charged in full, as the time has been reserved for you.

3. Itinerary and planning packages

  • These packages may involve a deposit, confirmed at the time of engagement.
  • If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after work has started but before delivery, we will refund any amount paid that exceeds the value of the work already completed, assessed reasonably and fairly.
  • Once the final deliverable (for example, your completed written itinerary) has been sent to you, the fee for that work is non-refundable, as the service has been performed.

4. If you are unhappy with our work

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you believe a deliverable does not match what we agreed, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to put it right — for example, through the revisions included in your package. If we cannot resolve a genuine failure to provide the agreed service, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund in line with your legal rights.

5. What is not refundable

Because we do not sell or book travel, this policy covers our consulting fees only. Any money you spend with airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, insurers or other third parties is governed entirely by their terms and refund policies, not ours. Please review those before booking.

6. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are made using the same payment method you used to pay, normally within 14 days. We do not charge a fee for processing a refund.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill).
