A live, one-to-one conversation for when you mostly know what you want but need an experienced sounding board. Ideal for validating a plan, choosing between options, or getting unstuck.
Bespoke Itinerary Design
A complete, day-by-day written itinerary for a single trip — the route, where to base yourself, how long to spend where, and what to prioritise, all tailored to you.
Multi-Trip Strategy
For long, complex or multi-country journeys. We plan the overarching logistics — sequencing, seasonality, budgeting and contingencies — so the whole trip holds together.

Important — what our fees do and do not cover
Our fees pay for our independent advice, research and planning time only. They are consultancy fees for a professional service.
They do not include the cost of any flights, accommodation, transport, tours, insurance or other travel products. Wandering Studio does not sell, book or resell these, and does not receive commission from any provider. You purchase all travel directly from third parties of your choosing.
